Where are your properties located?
Our Properties are in London, Ontario. Westminster and Fanshawe.
What is included in the rental price?
Our Properties are all inclusive, meaning: wi-fi, laundry, parking, hydro, gas, A/C, etc. are all included. Main area furniture provided.
What day is garbage and recycling pick up?
The city of London operates on a weekly rotating day. There is a calendar provided by the city that will dictate and notify which day is pick up and what can be put out at the curb at any given collection.
Do I need a Car in London?
The City is public transit friendly. There are multiple bus stops within walking distance of the properties. There are also parking spots provided at both properties (maximum dependant on students). Numerous grocery stores on bus routes.
How far away are you from the school?
OIART is not in the residential area and requires a drive to school or a bike. It is a quick bike ride and a very short car ride.
Fleming is down the street from Fanshawe College, it takes roughly 5 minutes to walk from the door of the house to the door of the Campus.
Is internet included?
Yes, wi-fi is included for all student homes.
Is the property furnished?
Partial. The shared areas are furnished, bedrooms are not furnished.
